Shunrou(Hokusai) invented Sharaku's technique
Thinktng back in time,
1) "Ryakuga hayaosie" is considered to be a technique for amateurs
to easily draw pictures.
2) The author who made it ,of course, must have used the same technique for his
paintings.
Among the paintings drawn soon after the Sharaku era, the geometric
structure can be clearly seen in "Oshikurihatoutusennozu".
3) Sharaku’s "Daishichi Shiga of the Third Generation Ichikawa
Koraizo" can be drawn with arcs.
4) This technique has already been used in Shunro's "Kimenzan ,Dewanoumi ".
One way to prove that Sharaku is Hokusai, is to show that Shunro in the latter period drew like Sharaku.
When I wrote the previous blog
Only "Kimenzan -Dewanoumi " was the
picture that shows Sharaku’s style.
We can draw the picture using a limited number of circle of different
sizes.
So making arc models, we can compare
any picture regardless of the subject of the picture.

Only the first series of Okubi-e is considered to be masterpiece.
Later, the power declined rapidly,
lacking in vividness, and the painting talent and print quality of the work
were inferior.

This is just the opinion of a person without taste judgement.
From formal art perspective, Sharaku's era was a time when Hokusai's
richest creativity was shown to invent new technique.
